We’ve been quiet on our website lately but don’t worry, things are brewing for the Locomotive. We’ve been working hard lately on improving the new songs in our set and taking them to the street. Check out a review of our recent show with The Cave Singers;
CONCERT REVIEW: THE CAVE SINGERS (WITH BO AND THE LOCOMOTIVE) PREACH A FOLK-ROCK REVOLUTION AT THE GRAMOPHONE, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 18We also had the pleasure of being invited to play at the Bunbury Music Festival in Cincinnati, Ohio this July! This inaugural music fest is described as;
“An awesome live music and festival experience that is affordable, fun, tech savvy,and eco-friendly.”
Somebody say yeah. Not to mention headliners for the festival include Weezer, Jane’s Addiction, and Death Cab for Cutie. Be sure to check out the entire lineup and if you can, join us in Cincinnati this July 13th! Careful that’s a Friday and our bass player Andy’s birthday. Might get weird…
But wait there’s more..
We are also really excited to announce that we’re doing Daytrotter! When we head out to the aforementioned awesomefest, we’ll be making a pit stop in Rock Island, IL to visit the studio and bring our tour sound to the interweb..
AND tonight we prepare a show with Old Lights and Magic City (Bo’s dad’s band. <– how awesome is that?) at Plush in St. Louis.
Stay tuned for more from us!
